Aris Stitch Society provides custom embroidery, live event personalization, and related custom services. By placing an order, submitting a personalization request, or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
All personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, returns, refunds, and exchanges are generally not accepted once production has started, except in cases of an error or defect caused by Aris Stitch Society.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, personalization details, colors, fonts, sizing, and other selections before submitting an order. We are not responsible for errors that were submitted or approved by the customer.
For live embroidery events, turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on guest volume, design complexity, machine availability, and event conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number during a live embroidery event, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to your order, including order status and pickup notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
